You agree that you will not use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or the purchase of illegal goods. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All funds deposited into your account must originate from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawals are subject to our standard processing times and security checks. We reserve the right to delay or decline any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination account details for any transfer or withdrawal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unión Sterling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
